SOFTWARE END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSING AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWAREBy purchasing and using this software, you agree to the terms of this license. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the software, and delete all its contents, including files, resources, and installable files.

This mobile device software, along with its artwork, sound, and additional components (collectively referred to as the "Software"), is the copyrighted property of TeenHeed Software. The software is licensed to you (not sold), and TeenHeed Software retains full ownership of all copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights.

License Terms

  1. License Grant: You are granted a license to use the software on only one mobile device.
  2. Restrictions: You may not:
    • Copy, distribute, rent, lease, or sub-license the software.
    • Modify, change, or prepare derivative works of the software.
    • Transmit the software over a network, by telephone, or electronically.
    • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software.
  3. Transfer of License: You may transfer the software only if the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. If you transfer the software, you must transfer all components and documentation and erase any copies from your devices. Your license will be automatically terminated if you transfer the software.
  4. License Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Your license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and delete the software.

Changes to Agreement

The terms of this EULA may change at any time. In the event of updates or modifications, the new version of this agreement will be available on this page.

User Legal Agreement

Installing surveillance software on a device without proper authorization is a violation of federal and state laws. In most cases, you are legally required to notify users of the device that they are being monitored. Failing to comply with these regulations can result in serious legal consequences. You must have proper consent to monitor a device.

TeenHeed Software does not endorse or support the use of our software for any illegal activities. By downloading and using our software, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. Ownership and Consent: You confirm that you are the legal owner of the mobile phone or device on which this software is installed, or you have received explicit, written consent from the device owner to act as the authorized administrator of the phone, its content, and its users.
  2. Legal Compliance: If you install our software on a device that you do not own or do not have proper consent for, we will fully cooperate with law enforcement officials, including providing any relevant customer data and product-related information upon request.
  3. Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your region. It may be illegal to monitor individuals without their permission in some jurisdictions. You agree not to monitor any adult without their explicit, valid consent.
  4. End-User License Agreement (EULA): By using this software, you also agree to the terms outlined in our End-User License Agreement (EULA). You acknowledge and accept that TeenHeed Software is not responsible for any incidental damage caused to you or your device, nor for any legal action or litigation arising from the use, abuse, or misuse of the software.
  5. Authorized Use: TeenHeed is designed to monitor the activity of minors on devices you legally own or have explicit consent to monitor. By using the software, you confirm the following:
    • Ownership: You are the legal owner of the monitored device or have explicit written consent from the owner to monitor it.
    • Child Monitoring: TeenHeed is intended to monitor the activity of children under the age of 15. Monitoring individuals above this age requires their explicit consent.
    • Transparency: The monitored individual, if applicable, is informed about the monitoring activities as per local laws.
  6. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Install TeenHeed on a device without proper authorization or consent.
    • Use the software for illegal or unethical purposes, including unauthorized surveillance.
    • Violate privacy laws by monitoring adults without their consent.
    TeenHeed reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement in cases of illegal usage and may disclose user information if required by law.
  7. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of TeenHeed complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. TeenHeed disclaims liability for any misuse or unauthorized usage of the software.
  8. Data Privacy and Security: TeenHeed prioritizes user privacy and data security. While using the software, you agree to our Privacy Policy and understand that all data collected is stored securely on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.
  9. Limitations of Liability: TeenHeed is not responsible for:
    • Damages arising from the misuse or improper installation of the software.
    • Legal consequences resulting from unauthorized monitoring activities.
    • Interruptions, bugs, or errors caused by third-party software or device compatibility issues.
  10. Updates and Modifications: TeenHeed reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. By using TeenHeed, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
